It is Friday and I think it's time for a fun giveaway. The end of the season is coming and I'm sensing a lot of fatigue and burnout in the blogosphere. It makes me happy that you still consider yourself a "newcomer" to the triathlon scene (per your bio) :). Hehe. But really, the gold sparkly flats I am wearing at work today make me really happy. Shallow? Maybe. But they do.
My bike makes me happy, actually riding with a group of friends is one of those great feelings I love.

Right now, rest would make me happy; sitting on the couch, vegging in front of the TV with a beer in my hand and no training in sight. Your sense of burnout is right on!!!!
